How long does delivery take?

We offer a range of delivery options at different prices. These range from 2 to 6 working days. 

Do you deliver worldwide?

We only currently retail within the EU but have future plans to ship worldwide. 

Can you take orders by phone?

Unfortunately not - we only take orders through our website via Shopify.

I haven’t received my order. What should I do?

Please check which delivery option you have chosen for expected delivery times. If the order has not arrived a day after the expected delivery date then please check with your local delivery office. 

Failing this, please email us at sales@rochaproducts.com with your order number and confirm your delivery address. We will investigate and get back to you within 1 working day. 

I am still unsure what supplement to take for my symptoms. What should I do?

If you have read the product descriptions and are still unsure what supplements will help you correctly then it is best you seek more advice and information. We cannot guarantee that any product we suggest will be correct for your specific. symptoms, but a doctor or pharmacist should be able to advise you. 

I am still unsure what dosage I need to take. What should I do?

For each product, we have listed the recommended dosage on the product description as well as on product packet. Please do no exceed this amount and always ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are still unsure. 

I want to find out more information on a product. What do I do?

If you can't find the information you need on the product listing page, then feel free to contact us. We will try our best to provide you with any more information you require. 

Will you be adding more products to your product line in the future?

Yes. We are steadily building up our product line so this will increase as the company develops. Feel free to email us with any suggested products.
